Utilizing a number of evidence-based therapeutic practices, over 15 years of experience in the field treating thousands of individuals, and a compassionate therapeutic relationship, I will be your partner in mental health healing. You will always feel that I am in your corner and eventually, you will use our work together to move forward and live joyfully.

After 12 meaningful years in private practice, I am announcing an important transition. Beginning December 19th, 2025, I will be closing my practice to focus my work within school communities and in teaching the next generation of social workers.

This decision comes with deep gratitude. It has been one of the greatest honors of my career to walk alongside clients through healing, growth, and the quiet, courageous work of becoming. Each person I’ve worked with has shaped me as a clinician, teacher, and human being.

As many of you know, my passion for supporting children, teens, and families—and for strengthening the systems that hold them—has grown immensely in recent years. I feel called to bring my skills directly into schools and into the community, where I can help build compassionate environments and equip future social workers with trauma-informed, human-centered practices.

To my clients: thank you for trusting me with your stories. Your resilience and willingness to show up—for yourselves, your families, and your healing—has been nothing short of inspiring. I carry those lessons with me.

I remain committed to our community and will continue to provide resources, education, and mental-health support in new ways through schools, teaching, and upcoming projects.

Thank you for 12 years of connection and meaningful work. I look forward to continuing this next chapter with the same heart and purpose that guided the first.

Real Therapy. Real Healing.
