Wellness with Ayrin
Ayrin is passionate about her work and helping others. She earned her Master of Social Work Degree from Widener University in 2010 and is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of New Jersey.
Ayrin's passion for treating from a trauma informed perspective is evident in her work with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, developmental, medical and intellectual disabilities, ADHD, and overall life dissatisfaction or struggle. Ayrin is also a dedicated proponent of conscious parenting and utilizes these tools in child and adolescent treatment to foster happy and healthy home environments.
Ayrin's verified membership in the Holistic Business Association highlights her deep passion for whole person healing in the therapuetic process. Ayrin believes that we are all fully capable of healing and living the best versions of our own lives through a variety of natural and clinically proven healing modalities. Each of these modalties aim to bring us back to our inherent joyful selves.
Ayrin is currently pursuing her PhD in Social Work with a focus of study in Post Traumatic Growth, Mindfulness and Running. In her spare time, Ayrin enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, walking, running, yoga, meditating, being outside, reading, and crocheting.
